A historic printing press factory reborn as luxury condominiums — lobby redesign with galley tray console, reading nook, and a custom corridor carpet that embeds the DC street map like an ink stamp. Story made spatial.
Concept · Architecture · Renderings
A bespoke recording suite conceived as a complete spatial experience — walnut, layered ceilings, amber glass, and a ritualized entry called The Interlude.
Design Lead — Entertainment Amenity
An amenity lounge for a major entertainment company — stage banquette with integrated lighting, speaker wall, vinyl displays, and a guitar-shaped communal table. Concept through purchase orders.
I came up through firms that held design to an uncompromising standard — each shaping a different dimension of how I think: rigor and material depth from cultural and civic work, theatrical intelligence from entertainment and hospitality, then the full craft of large-scale resort delivery.
My work spans resort hospitality, entertainment, wellness, and cultural spaces. The through-line is always the same — translating vision into environments that shift behavior, earn loyalty, and make people feel something they didn't expect.
I work across the full project lifecycle: from pulling design intent out of a client brief and making it visible, to coordinating the construction documentation that brings those ideas to life.
